His Imperial Majesty Kabiyesi Alaiyeluwa Oba Okunade Sijuwade Olubuse II The Ooni of Ife becomes the Grand Patron of NAFCA USA
His Imperial Majesty Kabiyesi Alaiyeluwa Oba Okunade Sijuwade Olubuse II The Ooni of Ife yesterday accepted to become the Grand Patron of the African NAFCA.

The African NAFCA USA sent a formal letter through Kabiyesi Royal Majesty Oba Kole Ojutalayo who attended the 4th African NAFCA at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills on behalf of His Imperial Majesty the Ooni of Ife who was honoured with the first ever Special NAFCA Legend Award. The 18 Karat gold plated NAFCA trophy was delivered to the Oduduwa Palace, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria yesterday and Dr. Victor O. Olatoye the President and CEO of the African NAFCA said our father is happy and has given us his blessing.

FACES AT AMBASSADOR CHARITY AWARDS AND CONCERT 2014:::

 

Ambassador Charity Awards and Concert is a platform to show love to the less privileged and to reward those who have done so much for humanity, over 15 less privileged home attended and benefitted from the show. Among the awardees are , Chief Mrs Lola Akande who was award Mother of Charity 2014, Koffi  Idowu Nuel, Nikki Laoye, Chief Alexander Nwokoabia, Ebele D Flutist, Pastor Ben Emina, Osita Iheme MFR, Deacon Iyke, Chief Nnamdi Ezeigbo,  Hajia Habibat Abubakar, Akwa Ibom State Governorship Aspirant Bishop Samuel Akpan, Mr. Gerald Azonobo Principal Promoter Kuth Foundation, Founder Sinachi  Foundation Inc Dr  Ifesinachi Ugwuonye President Enugu US ,  Ovbude Ohmai Blessing, Engr. Doherty Adedeji Governorship Aspirant Lagos State, Toyn Adesola, Uche Okoaba, Micro Station(a phone dealer company) also gave out phones to the less privileged homes that came 1^st and lots of captains of industry showered love to the less privileged homes that attended.

4th AFRIFF: 250 MOVIE BUFFS REGISTER IN FIRST WEEK

There are indications that the record of attendees for this year’s Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) will surpass that of previous editions, with 250 applications already received within the first week of registration.

Feelers from the festival secretariat has it that the ongoing registration exercise has recorded an impressive number of requests from filmmakers in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Cameroon, South Africa, Senegal, Mali, Malawi, Uganda and several other African countries.
