The current
President of the Directors` Guild of Nigeria, Andy Amenechi has vehemently
described the action of the terror group, Boko Haram in kidnapping of schools
as ‘Crossing The Lines’. He told TNS recently at an exclusive interview in Lagos, “It would be very wrong making mere
speculations about what the government is doing or not on the kidnap of the
Chibok school girls. I really would not like to join the league of Bring Back
Our Girls campaign. But with the kidnap of the school girls and the general
outcry that has followed the action, it has become clear that the Boko Haram
terrorists have crossed their lines. There is no discussion. They have to bring
back the girls.”
He went on,
“I am in support of whatever the government is doing to get the school children
back. What we need do is to join the other people in the North East of Nigeria
to get the girls back. There should be no negotiation; it is just Bring Back
The Girls.
Anyway, Lets
leave the committees set up to do its job.
For no matter what the issues are, you don’t take other people`s lives.
That is why I say the Boko Haram men
have Crossed The Lines.”
