PRESIDENT GOODLUCK`S PICTURES REMOVED FROM ARMY OFFICERS` MESS?

In a country where controversies have become the order of the day and tomorrow not certain for fools, some persons are beginning to ask if all is well between the nation`s number one citizen, President Goodluck Jonathan and the Armed Forces he oversees as its Commander-in-Chief. This question was more apt before the Ijaw born leader of Africa`s most populous nation dramatically reshuffled his military cabinet some months ago. True to fact the turn- around of the country`s military hierarchy has given vim to insinuation that the rumour which made its round before the said reshuffle, that the Army was not happy with the President and as such the former had removed the picture of the later from its Officers` Mess may be true.
According to the unconfirmed report made available to TNS , the supposed ubiquitous picture of the lecturer turned President was missing from the walls of some Officers` Mess.  Like earlier suggested, the story has it that some of the nations` top military brasses were not happy with the way and manner the President was running the affairs of Nigeria.  The unconfirmed source who claimed to be a serving Colonel and from one of the South -South States, hinted that the action of the military bigwigs was not to overthrow the government but a means of protesting against the Aso Rock leaders. However barely a month and one week after the matter was discussed at a Lagos bus-stop than the President effected his last changes; a change of mantle the Presidency told Nigerians was to fortify the nation`s territorial integrity, military wise. But TNS could not verify before going to press if the frames of the President have returned to where they were supposed to be.  That is, should the Colonel’s words be true.
